The rules that govern this demonstration site. They exist because the storefront looks and behaves like a real store, and visitors should know it is not one.
MERIDIAN is a fictional brand created by Veltolabs as a portfolio demonstration. It is not a registered business, has no premises, and does not sell anything.
No contract of sale is formed by using this site. Submitting the checkout form creates a test record in a demo database; it does not create a contract, a payment obligation or any right to delivery.
Every product name, description, specification, image and price on this site is illustrative demo content. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) to demonstrate currency formatting for an Indian market; they are not offers for sale.
If payment is enabled, it runs exclusively in Razorpay TEST mode using test credentials, no real money can move. The site never asks for card, UPI or net-banking credentials directly; those are entered only inside Razorpay's secure payment window, and the server verifies the payment signature before an order is marked paid. Without configured test keys, checkout records the order as payment-pending and no payment flow opens.
Customer accounts are optional. Guest checkout is supported, and any order can be viewed with its reference and the email used at checkout. Details submitted at checkout are stored as a test order record in a demo Supabase project so the order flow can be demonstrated, they are not shared with couriers, email services or payment providers beyond the test payment window. You may browse, search, filter, add items to the bag and walk through checkout as often as you like. You may not attempt to use this demonstration to mislead others into believing a real purchase has been made, or to interfere with the operation of the site.
The MERIDIAN wordmark, illustrations, copy and layout were created for this demonstration. They may be reviewed and referenced as part of the portfolio, but they do not represent an existing brand or product line.
The demonstration may be updated, extended or taken offline without notice. There is no uptime commitment, support service level or warranty of any kind.
Because no business operates behind this storefront, no governing law or dispute-resolution process is offered here. A live deployment would publish its own registered details and applicable law.
